Sara's own personal journey to heal from debilitating back pain and chronic fatigue led led her to create Deep Bodymind Transformation, a unique approach that she is committed to sharing with as many women as possible. Her expertise is rooted in many years of study and practice of the Alexander Technique, Yoga, Pilates, Developmental Movement and Dance Education as well as other natural and ancient approaches to health, all of which led her to create a comprehensive program of holistic well-being.
With her singular perspective on the mind-body unity, Sara is regularly invited to teach seminars for public speakers and performance artists who want to up level their stage presence and voice at various universities in Mexico. Additionally, she coaches high-level athletes who are seeking to enhance their performance, resilience, and recovery.
Drawing from her experience as a professional singer and dancer in the performing arts, Sara deeply influences and guides others in their transformational journeys, enabling them to tap into their authentic expression.
Sara holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College, N.Y. She possesses multiple certifications and is affiliated with the Mexican Association of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (APTAM), recognized by the Society for Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT).
