Why study with Sara?

A warm and experienced guide, Sara Robledo has been a dedicated teacher for over 20 years. She is certified in Yoga, Pilates, and the Alexander Technique, with advanced studies in teaching the Alexander Technique online, working with individuals living with Parkinson's, and developmental movement.


For the past five years, Sara has taught university courses and led masterclasses on the body-mind connection, posture, and public speaking—consistently earning stellar reviews. She has also served as faculty at the National Yoga Summit in Mexico City. Sara’s passion lies in guiding individuals through life’s challenges, helping them unlock their full potential.


Her unique approach reflects a deep commitment to enhancing physical and mental performance, building resilience, and facilitating recovery for her clients.


Sara holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College. An accomplished dancer and singer, she has performed internationally. She continuously explores innovative ways to integrate her diverse expertise into her teaching, infusing her coaching and performance work with a genuine warmth that resonates deeply with every individual she guides.
